Follow the video and complete the connection prompts shown in the app.

Configure Block Search

Set stations, days, time windows, and pay filters before starting.

Set Up Automatic Block Grabbing

Use these six steps for paid automatic block search. For the free feature, follow the Instant Offers instructions.

Create Your OnlyFlexer Account

Open OnlyFlexer in a modern browser, create an account or sign in, and choose the feature you want to use. Automatic block grabbing requires an active trial or paid plan; Instant Offers are free.

Choose Your Stations

Open Settings, then Stations. Enable at least one station you want to work from and leave unwanted stations disabled. Your enabled stations determine where Block Search looks for matching offers.

Set Pay and Arrival Preferences

Expand an enabled station. Choose Min Rate for an hourly threshold or Total Pay for a minimum block payment. Enter your Arrival time in minutes so offers starting too soon for your travel time are filtered out.

For example, $25/hour and $75 total are different settings: a two-hour block paying $60 meets the hourly threshold but falls below a $75 total threshold.

Set Days and Time Windows

Open Settings, then Days. Enable each day you can work, choose Add Time Range, and confirm a start and end time. The entire block must fit inside a time range. Check your timezone under Settings, then Region.

You can add multiple windows and an optional minimum hourly rate for a window. Disabled days are excluded from matching.

Start and Review Block Search

Review your search preferences under Settings, then Search. Return to Block Search and use Start to begin. Check the search status and offer results, and confirm accepted blocks in your Amazon Flex schedule. Use Stop when you want to end the search.

Searching does not guarantee an accepted block. Offers can disappear before acceptance.

How Your Filters Match Offers

Suppose you enable one station, make Monday available from 9 AM to 1 PM, and set a $25/hour minimum rate with no additional time-window pay threshold.

Example Monday BlockMatch?Reason
9:30 AM–12:30 PM, $90 total ($30/hour)YesEnabled station, within the time window, and above the minimum rate.
12 PM–3 PM, $90 total ($30/hour)NoThe block ends after your 1 PM availability limit.
9:30 AM–12:30 PM, $60 total ($20/hour)NoThe hourly rate falls below your $25/hour minimum.
Same time and pay, but at a disabled stationNoOnly enabled stations are included in your search.

Illustrative settings and offers only. Actual availability and pay vary. Meeting your filters does not guarantee successful acceptance; arrival-time and other configured settings also apply.

Free Instant Offers

Set Up Free Instant Offers

Instant Offers are a separate workflow from automatic block grabbing. No subscription is required, and you accept each offer manually in Amazon Flex.

  1. Connect your Amazon Flex account, then open Instant Offers in OnlyFlexer.
  2. Choose the available Whole Foods or Fresh stations you want to receive offers from and review the station settings.
  3. Use Start in Instant Offers and keep the Amazon Flex app open on your phone to receive offers.
  4. When an offer appears in Amazon Flex, review it and accept it manually there.

Setup Troubleshooting

Check the search status and your settings before changing your filters

Confirm your account is connected and your trial or paid plan is active. Check that at least one station and the relevant day are enabled, a time window covers the whole block, and the offer meets your pay and arrival settings. Review the Skipped and Missed results for more context. A running search can still have no matching offers available.

Complete any connection prompts shown in the app, then refresh the station list. Check your region and timezone settings if the list or displayed times do not match your account. If the issue remains, contact support through the in-app chat with the error message and the setup step you reached.

Read the status shown in Block Search and check the app's connection and subscription prompts. Review your search and bot scheduling settings; a scheduled run or configured pause can affect when searching is active. Restart with Start after resolving any prompts. See the OnlyFlexer FAQ for more help.

Free Instant Offers require manual acceptance in Amazon Flex. Keep the Flex app open to receive offers, then review and accept each one yourself. The paid Block Search workflow automatically attempts to accept matching delivery blocks; it is a separate feature.
